Dubai Creek

Dubai Creek is fundamental to the city’s existence, as in the early years it transported people and industry along the river.  Today it’s home to some of the region's most diverse wildlife, but it’s not without some development. Head to Deira for a promenade along this beautiful waterfront.

Dubai Museum

Check out the Dubai Museum which gives a great insight into the Dubai life from 1787.  Built into the tiny Al Fahidi fort, the museum documents when Dubai first discovered oil and became one of the most exciting and prosperous cities in the Gulf.

Mercato Mall

Mercato Mall is one of the most iconic images in Dubai, and can be seen in brochures promoting the destination.  Decorated in Italian Renaissance style, there are around 100 stores to browse round here including big brands such as Gap, Top Shop and Mango.

Madinat Jumeirah

Madinat Jumeirah is Arabic for the better known Jumeirah City which hosts some fo the Dubai’s most classical Islamic architecture and art.   You can find here three hotels and shopping centre and an entertainment district set amongst canals and greenery.
